Schedule ConsultationWhat are my options for replacing one or more missing teeth?
Walnut Ranch Dental Spa offers a variety of excellent tooth-replacement methods to restore the health and functionality of your smile. Not sure which option is right for you? Feel free to schedule a consultation with our team, and we’ll be happy to help!
- Dental Bridges: Dental bridges are used to replace one or more missing teeth by anchoring a false tooth between two crowns on either side of the gap.
- Partial Dentures: Partial dentures are removable appliances that replace a few missing teeth. They consist of replacement teeth attached to a pink or gum-colored plastic base, often connected by a metal framework.
- Full Dentures: Full dentures are removable prosthetics used to replace all the teeth in the upper or lower jaw. They rest on the gums and are custom-made to fit your mouth.
- Implant-Supported Dentures: Implant-supported dentures are a type of overdenture that is anchored to dental implants, providing enhanced stability and comfort for patients.
- Dental Implants: Dental implants are artificial tooth roots made of titanium, placed into the jawbone to support crowns, bridges, or dentures. They provide a permanent and sturdy foundation for replacement teeth.
Are your oral surgery procedures offered in-house?
While many Ardmore dental offices have to refer patients to oral surgeons to schedule surgical procedures, our office provides a few common oral surgeries in-house, meaning your family can visit the same practice and work with the same team that you’re used to! Our treatments include:
- Dental Extractions: Dental extractions involve removing a tooth from its socket in the bone. This procedure is often necessary due to severe decay, infection, crowding, or damage beyond repair.
- Wisdom Teeth Removal: Wisdom teeth removal is a common oral surgery to extract one or more of the four third molars located at the back of the mouth. This procedure helps prevent pain, infection, and other dental issues.
- Bone Graft Procedures: Bone graft procedures involve adding bone material to the jaw to support dental implants. This is often necessary when there is not enough natural bone present due to tooth loss, gum disease, or injury.
Is restorative dental care expensive?
Some patients are hesitant to schedule restorative dental work due to cost concerns. We understand, and we strive to work with patients to determine the best financing option for them. If you have dental benefits, your insurance may offer full or partial coverage for restorative services that are deemed important and necessary.
Our office also accepts CareCredit™, LendingPoint™, and Alphaeon® Credit, which can all be used to divide the cost of your care into manageable monthly payments. For additional questions or concerns, please get in touch with our friendly front office team.
